Windows Phone was an unknown property. People were not aware of its operating system and availability of apps. We had a dual challenge – to educate consumers and more importantly the Retail Sales Professionals.
We created a mobile app where the sales force learned about products and competition via gamification and simulated scenario based selling. We didn’t just conceptualize and design the app but also created content to educate and engage.
